Job Description The role will be based in our plant in Mannheim (Germany) and will require up to 30% of travel across the region. Responsibilities Define how to grow the product category according to the marketing strategy defined for the industrial segment, with a strong focus on technical product performance and application requirements.Manage product portfolio and life cycle (including services, systems and solutions) in line with the segment and category strategy, ensuring technical compliance, product robustness and application suitability.Build strong application and product knowledge within industrial B2B environments (e.g., fluid management, engineered systems, piping solutions) and propose technical improvements or portfolio changes to support the marketing growth strategy.Train and provide technical applications, product and solution support for the Sales department, including customer visits, tender support, technical demos and troubleshooting.Understand market trends, customer and stakeholder needs and capture the Voice of the Customer, supported by detailed technical benchmarking and competitor analysis.Build innovation pipeline and interface with the Innovation, Product Development, R&D and Engineering departments for new product developments or technical improvements.Create content for communication, PIM and internal/external training, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
