What you would do as our Compliance Officer EMEIA The Divisional Compliance Officer will report to the ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Vice-President & General Counsel EMEIA and shall oversee compliance matters across the division.
The scope of the role is the BaronieGroup with specific emphasis on Germany, Poland, Switzerland and Belgium. In your role, youwill report to our Head of Sustainability and work closely together with the other members of the sustainability team based in Europe and Cote d’Ivoire.
We currently offer the exciting opportunity to join the team as Local Trial Manager (m/w/d) in full-time and work home-based throughout Germany. Your responsibilities will include: Services rendered will adhere to applicable company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, policies, codes of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), local regulatory requirements, etc.Prepare or contribute to high level budget estimate in response to Request for Service’s followed by detailed budget proposal.
Perform handover to business Prepare and conduct handover sessions to enable RPA/DPA experts from the business to take over maintenance and continuous improvement Properly document handover Perform code reviews As per four-eyes principle conduct code reviews of your colleagues’ implementations Provide detailed feedback Facilitate knowledge sharing within our process automation community Perform status reporting in project or team meetings Skills/Qualifications Degree in business informatics, applied informatics, or business management with a focus on accounting/controlling At least two years of relevant RPA (UiPath Advanced Developer Certification) and/or DPA (Bizagi) experience Excellent understanding of processes and, ideally, practical experience in the area of business process management, including process documentation, analysis, and optimization (including knowledge of BPMN 2.0) At least solid programming skills in one of the following: C#, VB.NET, SQL, VBA, and/or Javascript Very good knowledge of written and spoken English Ideally sufficient German language skills (we offer German lessons) Good knowledge of MS Office products, particularly MS Excel / Visio Desirable: Knowledge of SAP FI Knowledge of Abbyy FlexiCapture Knowledge of and initial experience in the management of projects with agile methods (Scrum) Personal qualifications A very high level of enthusiasm and ability to work under pressureWillingness to take responsibility; target- and result-oriented approach to actionWillingness to collaborate with an international teamAnalytical skills and capacity for conceptual thinking, and the ability to think and act with a cross-organizational and cross-process approachConfident and communicative demeanor, negotiation skills, and assertivenessMobility and flexibility in terms of time, and willingness to undertake business trips in Germany and abroad Your benefits We offer you excellent employee benefits, a competitive salary package and great development opportunities.
