YOUR TASKS Make sure that the supplier or partner look after the production cycle under the standards, deadlines and planning established by the company with effective operations and cost factors Manage and support all Nordex local teams so they could succeed in each area Ensure the supply of raw material for production with Nordex scope, as well as logistics and purchasing areas Supervise all suppliers' material stocks to prevent damaged or defective inventory Coordination of production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment Plan follow up of the factory’s progress, production improvement and general growth Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of production -, maintenance, cost control, operations; to analyze them and see if business objectives are achieved, if government obligations are met or identify and resolve any issues Develop training, teaching, development and work practice plans for workers Be able to manage and coordinate different teams.

This position offers stability and predictability. You will work exclusively within Germany and benefit from rotation systems for on-site work , either 3 weeks on / 1 week off and 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off. All costs related to your assignments, such as accommodation near wind farm sites and rental cars, are fully covered by Nordex.

Your key tasks will include: • Managing day-to-day compliance, governance, and risk-related activities in the Danish branch • Planning and conducting compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and follow-up actions • Supporting and maintaining frameworks and controls within sanctions, third-party risk, conflicts of interest, licensing requirements, and related governance topics • Reviewing internal policies, processes, contracts, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., Solvency II, GDPR, DORA, insurance regulation) • Acting as a liaison between the Danish branch and key stakeholders at HQ/Group Compliance in Germany, and supporting reporting, training materials and awareness initiatives across the organization You are structured, proactive, and motivated by making compliance an integrated and value-adding part of the business.

Job Description The role will be based in our plant in Mannheim (Germany) and will require up to 30% of travel across the region. Responsibilities Define how to grow the product category according to the marketing strategy defined for the industrial segment, with a strong focus on technical product performance and application requirements.Manage product portfolio and life cycle (including services, systems and solutions) in line with the segment and category strategy, ensuring technical compliance, product robustness and application suitability.Build strong application and product knowledge within industrial B2B environments (e.g., fluid management, engineered systems, piping solutions) and propose technical improvements or portfolio changes to support the marketing growth strategy.Train and provide technical applications, product and solution support for the Sales department, including customer visits, tender support, technical demos and troubleshooting.Understand market trends, customer and stakeholder needs and capture the Voice of the Customer, supported by detailed technical benchmarking and competitor analysis.Build innovation pipeline and interface with the Innovation, Product Development, R&D and Engineering departments for new product developments or technical improvements.Create content for communication, PIM and internal/external training, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
