We will ensure your professional initial onboarding and training phase which will be 2-4 months long and will take place in Germany, ensuring a deep understanding of our processes, standards, systems, customer requirements and corporate culture. As a sparringspartner to the CFO you will execute the division strategy in Germany in alignment with the Danish Headquarter and drive the sustainability priorities in Germany You ensure that financial information, analysis and reporting is accurate, timely, reliable and relevant YOUR PROFILE You have more than 10 years financial leadership experience within an international business environment in the manufacturing industry, ideally food manufacturing industry You have experience in managing a full budgeting and forecasting process, along with solid knowledge of finance systems, reporting standards and awareness of local GAAP and IFRS You will act as a leader and mentor to your team, and you have demonstrated the ability to form teams that are empowered to take initiatives and will feel collective responsibility for meeting goals and targets You are well versed in effectively managing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders in an international matrix organization You have ideally a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
